Q. How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

A. It will take between 7 to 10 business days for your order to be produced and up to 3 days for delivery

Q. Are there any set-up costs when I purchase through Personal Trainer Clothing?

A. No, we do not charge a set-up fee.

Q. How much do you charge for additional print positions?

A. We charge a standard £4.50 inc VAT for each additional print position.

Q. Do you offer discounts for quantity purchases?

A. Yes, we offer quantity discounts for bulk orders. Please see our current discount structure below:

Q. Do you sell ladies fit Personal Trainer clothing?

A. Yes, we supply a variety of ladies fit Personal Training clothing including T-shirts, Polos, Hoodies, leggings and vests.

Q. I have seen a Personal Trainer T-shirt that I like but would like to change the text currently displayed. How do I do this?

A. On each product page go to the designer option by clicking on the 'Customise Design' button. Once in the designer click on the text you would like to change and then into the 'Text Properties' box in the top right corner. Use the designer functions to amend, re-size and re-position the text. Click on the save button (bottom right corner) to come back to it later or click on the 'Buy' button in the top right corner.

Q. I am looking to purchase some items from your website; however, I would like to add my own personal trainer logo, is this possible?

A. Yes, you can add your own logo to any of the items on our website. Please click on the 'Design Your Own' category and select the item/s you would like to personalise. You will then be directed to our online designer where you can upload your logo and add text.

Q. Before I go ahead and make a purchase are you able to send me a mock-up of the Personal Trainer Uniform that I am interested in?

A. It is now very easy for a customer to see how their chosen items will look prior to purchase. Firstly click on the product of your choice and choose the 'Customise Design' option. Select the print position you require by clicking on the relevant box displayed on the image. To change between the back and front click on the view options to the right of the page. At the top of the page select either 'Add design' or 'Add text' and enter text or design in the appropriate print box/position. Once you have finished designing your items click on the preview option to check it meets your requirements. Click on save layout and place your order or come back to it later if you prefer.

Q. What temperature should I wash my Personal Trainer T-shirt at?

A. We recommend washing all items at 30 degrees.

Q. Can you provide me with more details on the size of the item I would like to purchase?

A. Further size information is included on the product page of each item. Simply click on the sizing tab next to the description tab. 

Q. Do I need to sign for my order?

A. The large majority of orders will require a signature. However, it is possible to add instructions within 'checkout' which will be passed onto the courier company we use. Please note we cannot be held responsible for any consignment which goes missing as a result of deliveries left without a signature.

Q. What are your delivery charges?

A. We charge a fee of £4.50 including VAT for delivery to mainland UK, £19.95 to USA & Canada, £19.95 to Australia and £24.95 to Europe and the Rest of the World (Up to 2kg)

Q. I live outside of the UK will I have to pay additional tax or fees

A. Deliveries outside the UK may be subject to local taxations and custom regulations. In some instances, recipients may be required to pay additional fees or levies.

Q. How do I use a coupon code?

A. Within checkout enter the code in the coupon code box and click apply. The relevant discount amount will then be deducted from your order. Please note that discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with website volume discounts which are applied to orders of more than 5 items 

Q. Will my logo be printed on a backing?

A. On occasions it may be necessary to print logos and designs onto a backing. If your logo includes a complex design, that is, one with fine details and/or effects a backing will be added, this will not be an exact colour match to that of the garment.

Q. What format should I upload my logo in?

A. Generally uploading high resolution design files in either PDF or PNG formats produce the best results.

Q. I can't seem to find the PT clothing I am looking for on your website, can you help at all?

A. Firstly please take a look at our video on how to navigate our website which explains the steps to take to find the products you are looking for. If once you have browsed using the methods outlined in this video and are still unable to find the garments you are looking for please contact us.

Q. I have seen various garments within the design your own category that I would like to purchase for my fitness business, but don't know how to customise these?

A. To get a better understanding of how to customise products in the 'design your own' category please take a look at our video on how to navigate our 'design your own' tab. 

Q - I am looking to create a coordinated PT Uniform for my fitness business. Can you suggest the best way to go about this?

A - To ensure that the clothing you select matches we generally suggest that you look for garments within the same range. Our Personal Trainer Uniforms category includes various matching ranges which are ideal for creating a professional coordinated look. If you are unable to find what you are looking for, please contact us

Q - I notice that some of your garment colour options have different names i.e. French Navy and Navy, why is this?

A- We have used different names for garment colourways that come from different manufacturers as often there is a slight difference in the colour of the fabric used

Q - How do we know if the reviews you display on your website are genuine?

A - We use Trusted Shops as an independent service provider for collecting reviews. Trusted Shops has taken reasonable and proportionate steps to ensure that these are genuine reviews. More information.

Q. What if my logo isn't of a high enough quality for printing?

A. If you have any concerns regarding the quality of your logo, please email it to us at info@personaltrainerclothing.co.uk. We will review your logo and come back to you with our comments and suggestions. In the event that we receive an order with a logo that we feel isn't of high enough quality to reproduce to a standard we are satisfied with, we will contact you to make you aware. In some circumstances we may be able to make changes to a logo to enhance the quality, we will do this free of charge and notify you beforehand. If, however a logo cannot be amended we will ask that you provide a higher resolution image.

Q. Do you offer gift vouchers?

A. Yes, we know that it can sometimes be difficult to create a personal trainer outfit for someone else. With this in mind we have created a gift voucher option on our website. Click on the following link Personal Trainer Clothing Gift Voucher and enter the required information 

Q. What time will my delivery arrive?

A. Deliveries are generally made between the hours of 8:00 – 18:30
